COMPETITION Terms & Conditions

The competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over, with the exception of employees of TASKI and their immediate family members and any other person connected with the organisation or jury of the competition.

There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter this contest.
By entering this competition, a participant agrees to these terms and conditions.

Prizes can only be sent to a valid address in the above countries, unless otherwise stated.

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Automated, bulk, or third-party entries will be disqualified.

The entry deadline is specified on the competition LinkedIn post. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of disaster, war, civil or military unrest, force majeure or actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event. beyond the control of the Promoter. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

The Promoter is not responsible for any inaccurate prize details provided to an entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternative will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with one of equivalent value without notice.

Winners will be selected at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the promoter and/or its agents, unless otherwise stated on the competition post.

The winner will be notified through a response to his/her comment within 30 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 15 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select an alternative winner.

The Promoter will notify the winner when the prize has been dispatched.

All personal data relating to the winner or any other entrant will only be used in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
