1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is TASKI (a brand ofSolenis), hereafter referred to as “the Promoter.”

2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or over attendingInterclean.
Participants must be business professionals acting on behalf of a registered company.
Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must drop their business card into the designated entry boxlocated at the TASKI stand during Interclean, or have their show ticket scanned at the booth.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

4. Entry Period
Entries are accepted during the opening hours ofInterclean, from Tuesday, 14 April to Thursday, 16 April 2026.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a TASKI ULTIMAXX 360 machine.
Five (5) runners-up will each receive a miniature construction-brick model of the TASKI ULTIMAXX 360.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection and Announcement
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on Friday, 17 April 2026.
The winner will be announced at the TASKI stand and via LinkedIn on the last day of Interclean.
The Promoter reserves the right to redraw if the winner is not present and/or cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe.
The Promoter will contact the winner within one (1) week after the end of Interclean to arrange delivery of the prize.

7. Data Protection
By entering, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and processing their personal data (e.g., name, company, contact details) for the purpose of administering the prize draw and contacting the winner.
Data may also be used for future marketing communications where consent has been provided.

8. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to reasonable publicity including the use of their name, companyname and photographs in connection with this promotion.

9. Product Responsibility
The Promoter is not responsible for misuse of the prizes once delivered.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion, if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control.
